Our Background
Merit Resources was founded in 1989 in Urbandale, Iowa with a focus on providing a high level of customer service and assisting small to medium-sized businesses with human resources, payroll, risk and benefits management as a full service professional employer organization or PEO.
Merit Resources enables clients to cost-effectively outsource the management of human resources, workers’ compensation, employee benefits and payroll. Outsourcing these functions allows business owners to increase profitability, productivity, and time spent on the business, while reducing liability and the overall cost of ownership.
