The 401(k) transition to Slavic401k.com (Slavic) is now complete. Below is some important information regarding the transition:

• Funds moved from Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS), to Slavic on January 4, 2008.
  Participant funds were placed in a money market fund until the complete conversion records were provided to Slavic on January 18, 2008 , at which time it was traded into the market as per participant direction or the default positions.
• Participants should now be able to access their accounts online at www.slavic401k.com. Enclosed you will find instructions for participant web access.
• As a company owner or sponsor, you may sign up for a feature called Sponsor Express.  Sponsor Express is a monthly email service that provides the company owner/sponsor with detailed information on your company’s plan.
• To sign up for Sponsor Express, if you have not already done so, you may access the form on Slavic’s website. On the home page, click on the Sponsor Express. Complete the form and fax to Slavic. Slavic will verify the information and you will begin receiving a monthly email.
• Once enrolled in Sponsor Express, you will also be able to log on to the website as a Sponsor and access company plan information at any time.

A few additional changes as a result of the transition:

• Unless specified otherwise, default eligibility into the plan will now be after completing 250 hours in three months versus 360.  
• Quarterly entry dates on the plan are the first day of each calendar quarter.
